She's so sad. This is very poignant. Deeply touching.

I’m such a Marcia fan. She just keeps getting better and better. I love her songwriting, piano playing, her joi de vivre, and her expressive voice.

She is fantastic. I love the way she holds on to a note, Vibrato, I guess that is what they call it.

I saw her at an open-air concert in Jackso, Miss. Even had a brief conversation with her after the show. I purposely waited at the end of the souvenir signing line for that and she noticed. I told her that I had given away tickets to a Delbert concert to come see her. She said that she and he were good friends.

I really like this rendition. Lately everything I find of Marcia is hot, jazzy, bluezy stuff. She has amazing style in everything she does but for some reason this song really gets inside me.

Still lovin me some Marcia!!! Rembering the old days, Austin 1970 something!?!?! Soap Creek Saloon,,,,,, maybe???? Does anyone REALLy remember details of the 70's?? Marcia's hair was EXTREMELY LONG! She made me wish I hadn't given up keys & picked up a guitar instead. Each decade since, I've thought... OK THIS is her BEST & I stand corrected. AWESOME then AWESOME now!!!!

Saw her live once in a small, open-air venue. Much impressed by presence and connection with audience. Waited and watched during autograph session afterward until last in line. Very caring for her fans.

love this one. Have seen her twice in Tampa. So much fun! The whole band is fantastic, with Marcia as the Queen. I have most of her music. Sadly, her voice has gotten a little shaky in the past couple years, but thank goodness some of her concerts were captured and saved for us to enjoy over an over. One of the greats.

one of my favorites ~ thanks for posting! just before Old Pecan Street Cafe opened to begin the "gentrification", the only placed to listen to music on 6th street were Antone's and another small jazz/blues club about 3 blocks in from I 35, when the area was still part of the "east side." Does anyone remember it (circa 1975/76)? in the late 70's, MB and LouAnn Barton rocked it all over town, along with Delbert, Joe Ely, Alvin Crow, Asleep at the Wheel ~ the original Soap Creek was my fav venue to cut loose :)
