Eles vendem um curso no formato digital. Eu comprei os 3 primeiros dvds a cerca de um ano. Vendem em moeda francesa, e no câmbio deu cerca de 340 reais na época. É muito instrutivo, porém sozinho não tem muito oq fazer. Tem de achar um parceiro de treino. A parte da defesa contra agarramento é a mais explorada. Sendo franco, sugiro que procure um lugar que treine krav maga, já que silat é quase improvável de se achar por aqui. Treinando vc terá companhia, oq facilita o aprendizado.

Why does the "bad guy" always just stand there like a bag of potatoes getting the crap beat out of him by the "hero" in martial arts videos? If that is how people really fought there would never be any need for martial arts.
