Ingredients:
• 0,5 kg sieved flour
• 1 pack of vanilla sugar
• 1 flat teaspoon of soda
• 0,5 pack of melted margarine (100g) with 0,5 glass of sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 yolk
• 0,5 glass of sour cream
• crumbled biscuits, coconut shrims, cappucino, coffee (for decoration)
Cake cream:
• 700g sour cream 30% and 800g 18%
• 3 packs of vanilla sugar
• 3 packs of stabilizer
• 3/4 glass of powdered sugar
• 1 lemon (juice)
Method:
First sieve 0,5 kg of flour. Next add 1 pack of vanilla sugar, 1 flat teaspoon of soda or baking powder. Melt margarine with sugar. Add one whole egg, one yolk and stir the mixture. Then add this mixture to the flour and put 0,5 glass of sour cream. Knead the dough. If your dough is too dense, add some more sour cream.
Make 15 cake layers from this dough. To make it easier, divide the dough into 3 parts. Make 5 portions from each part. Line the buttered oven with breadcrumbs. Roll out each portion. Bake each layer for 12 minutes in the temperature of 180-200C'.
