"Destructive to us and to men: when women play too much the anima." This woman has a lot to offer to young women. (Rosa)

But then there comes along a man who has been capable of living with his Anima in where he sees how one is missing that which he has embraced and uses it for genuine compassion, care,and love he once forgotten. He now can begin to bring that to the world that has slowly drifted away from it. Unconditional ❤

No feminism is engineered by the females ANIMUS! Duality of an extreme.

This is frequently true with attractive women and begins in their teens and she is quite right to label it as power. This element of power is rarely acknowledged by feminists who prefer to speak of women being objectified, as if their own behaviours have no part in the process and as if they are powerLESS in the dynamic.
@arttrixmix7178

it's sorta both things at the same time. the situation isn't exclusively 'women getting objectified with no upsides whatsoever' or anything like that, but there's a sort-of benchmark of expectation (i.e. what men might find appealing) that women get a number of benefits from if they play into it. it's pretty effective if they do/are able to do that. the other dimension to this though is that plenty women get interpreted in reference to the 'benchmark' even if they're more interested in doing something completely different, and even though their budding efforts might be good at first, there's still an effect of being demeaned/not listened to about it, since it's not fitting the narrow role so, really in this situation there's 2 options, 1. have an intense preoccupation with playing into other people's wants/needs that way, or 2. develop things and understandings yourself while coming off to other people as little more than a painting with 'imperfect' superficial detail. losing yourself vs losing understanding from other people. it is actually possible to break free from it eventually and get taken seriously on your own terms, but it's not automatically easy, and people in general (not just women, but in this situation it's women) aren't huge fans of hard work without the most immediate gratification/payoff, so you (unfortunately) won't see it often. it does happen every now and again though. that's my interpretation anyway

Because it's really not true power. What good did it do Marilyn Monroe in the end? It didn't get her what she truly wanted and she ended up killing herself. Either way, men have their own responsibility for this situation. Young women would not play into this if they didn't observe how effective it is. If men rejected this, if they didn't objectify women in this way, and worked collectively to integrate the anima then poof - no more so called power. I also think you're incorrect that it's not acknowledged, it's a huge open motivation for third wave liberal feminists push to legitimize sex work.

@@MJ_X2 Being attractive gives power, regardless of your gender, but I agree its not such an asset if its not matched with personal development , personal empowerment. I think it is too simplistic to say that men can just dispel the power of women by integrating their anima, which is a complex and deep psychosexual force which the vast majority of men are unaware of. Dont forget that for several millennia men were required by society to alienate the feminine in their personality and to disdain it, in order to satisfy a society which demanded they step up and defend everyone from any form of physical threat from another tribe or a wild animal or from the physical environment , and to demonstrate emotional strength and resilience to stress too. Women cemented this demand on men by choosing those males who conformed to this role and ridiculing those who did not. At this point in history women are making faster progress than men in their task of integrating the animus because it is easier for an individual to see such things as becoming more assertive, developing a strong body or being ambitious at work as empowering , whereas men's task in developing their nurturing and empathetic potential and embracing vulnerability is less obviously recognised as a form of empowerment.

Embodying a man’s Anima is a FALSE power. For she is a puppet to her Animus and a Mask to herself

This is because she's worked on herself and became a whole individual, that's called individuation. 99% of people just remain ignorant playing characters that are desired by society. Most ppl prefer to wear a social mask and violate their true nature and potentialities. It's catastrophic. We don't receive education, we receive conditioning instead. Those in control of society don't want trully educated people because these individuals are free, they're unique, they won't follow the herd so they can't be controlled.

it doenst have to be hunger for power but can also wanting to have attention, approval as a subsittute for love. If a woman wants power, its often coppled with a more sexual expression, while marilyn was more sensual and innocent/ditzy. Still the lack of authenticity will make you very sad but the motivation isnt as selfish and destructive of others, its more innocent. She was a star as well, idk if she roleplayed all the time

I love hearing various perspectives and this is amazing. I have always studied and venerated a lot of dark goddesses and I really think that we are getting so far away from the dark feminine archtype. I have been trying to deconstruct what I'm seeing play out in 2024. For instance no one is talking about other aspects of the dark feminine is just seduction etc.
