They are fine either way, the clearance is still ok and they work fine, glad you noticed though. Cheers. Joe.

I know they work fine but there supposed to be in the rear and so is the slot on the threads on the steerer tube. Look at any vintage manitou 2 advertisement

Thanks for pointing that out, as you can see in the video that's how the fork came to me but I will change it around soon. I have a few other upgrades I might add to it at the same time, would you alter anything else? Thanks for the comment, we like to get things right with a little help from our friends, cheers Joe.
