Hey guys and gals!
Today was a three mile time trial as training for the Marine Corps PFT (Physical Fitness Test), in which one part of the test is a timed 3-mile run.
In training, it is very important to test yourself every so often so that you can track your progress and understand how well your training has been working. Go out and test your baseline, understand where you are today, then train hard and re-test to show yourself that your hardwork has been paying off!
