This is part 1 of a tutorial on how to make custom tracks for Mario Kart 8 (Deluxe) using Blender and Track Studio. Since I've seen many people have issues getting started in Blender, I figured I'd dedicate this first part to learning the controls in blender as well as modeling a simple prototype for a first course. If you already know how to use Blender, I recommend skipping this Part and modeling a simple course in preparation for Part 2, where we'll actually use Track Studio and test the track in Mario Kart 8.
