It's easier for your culture but in My culture women have boyfriend and girlfriend relationships before marriage and catholic church supports that idea Even when they don't support sexo before marriage but they do support the girlfriend and boyfriend idea. So when men listen about not having boyfriend and girlfriend relatiinships, they look at me like desperate. So wéstern values are different

Getting yourself ready for the day is so important. I’m glad my dad raised me to always look presentable.. that value has stuck with me my entire life! And then even on my off days people still think I’m dressed up 😂 your lounge clothes can still be classy! I think it has a lot to do with energy as well. Some women can just rock a Walmart outfit and make it look luxurious 👸🏾

Wow you taught me so much tonight. I had a vision of me at my wedding crying tears of love while my mind and heart backtracks on all the lessons and people who brought me to this moment. Mina you’re the biggest blessing in my life. I came from the bottom of the muck and mire along side so many other people until one day I wanted to change. The day I found you I listened to your videos non-stop throughout all of covid and to this day. My family doesn’t recognize me and some family can’t stand me. I’m working on my own business, I look amazing and feel just as great. I’m now learning what it is to be a true wife and how to vet a potential husband by creating a new family who will stand honorably by my side. I spent 5 years single working on myself with your help. I’m looking forward to many more years learning and growing with you. It would be a beautiful dream to thank you in person one day. I most likely will cry tears of love 🥹 You’re truly my hero.❤ Thank you so much for all that you continue to do for this world.

Mina, your non negotiable are the same that I've had for years. Except that my friends and some family members think that I am crazy for asking for what I want. They think that a man will think that I am gold digging and unromantic. I tell them that there is nothing romantic, when a couple is facing homelessness and hunger.

At the time we got together I didn’t have my stuff together. So I felt like I deserved someone who didn’t have theirs together either. He wants children and wants to get married soon. But I don’t want a ring from someone who is still struggling in their late 30s. He’s a good person but I know I could do better. I do have love for him though. I just don’t wanna wait forever for him to get situated financially. I’m already in my early thirties and don’t have time for that. What do I do? 😢

I lost some of mine due to iron deficiency, but it is all growing back now. You have often mentioned lifestyle habits, Health, diet, exercise etc. What is your advice on having such Hair like you have now? I have always had long and beautiful Hair, but as I mentioned, lost parts of it due to iron deficiency. I felt I as I was losing a big part of myself as my Hair have always been such a big part of me, my beauty. I really wish you could mention your secret as it looks so long, thick and healthy.

Thank you Mina for this really wonderful video!! I have been speaking to a guy through the arranged marriage process who is 6 years older than me. He matches almost all the points of my love list except that he is not financially intelligent and has savings only in cash and gold. This really scared me, and I politely rejected him saying that we are not compatible (without citing the reason). It's been a week and I feel like I should have spoken to him more about it. Should I move on and date rotationally other men? I kinda liked him and feel sad😢

You are so beautiful exactly like you are! Height is different from person to person. A tall person can look short and a short/shorter person can look tall. It is about how we carry ourselves. None is better then the other, but it is also about attitude. I can see beauty in any height. You are very elegant and feminine.

He doesn’t bother brushing his teeth and gets in to bed with dirty feet he also didn’t wash his hands after using the toilet and we are in a new relationship this is extremely unattractive and and stressful to me. But friends have told me to tell him in a loving way not blow off which is true I don’t need to be wild in my communication it’s also my trauma blocking me to say these things to him and then I blow up when it goes on too long

Why didn’t your family check the documents of your first husband if that is part of your culture?
@wafa_xo
11 ай бұрын
From her previous videos, she's mentioned that she dated him the western way (I.e. one person at a time, she found him on her own and liked him). She brought him to her family and she didn't allow her parents to follow the same rules that are part of her culture (I.e. she did it the western way, and she missed all the red flags). The second time around, she involved her family and allowed her parents to do the traditional process, which is to investigate the guy and his lineage. I am from the same culture and can vet this process (I also got married that way).
@tammylovell

@@wafa_xo Why did she do the western way if marrying a Pakistani man?
@wafa_xo
11 ай бұрын
@tammylovell Are you from a different culture but grew up in the west? If the answer is yes, then you know what it's like... we're too cultured for American people and too American when we go back home to visit family. Even though we belong to different cultures, we do certain things the American way... and for Mina, finding and marrying her ex-husband was a similar process to how dating is done in the west (you date one person at a time, you fall in love, you introduce your partner to your families, you ignore the family's advice because you're in love and you think you know better than your family, and your family has no choice but to agree to your choice). She dated her ex and fell in love with him... was blinded by the love, but he was a predator, as she calls these types of men. He knew how to take advantage of her and used all the predator tricks because he needed a green card. She didn't find all this out until after she was married to him. Blinded by love.

You have a lot of followers so you have a responsibility to do no harm with your advice. Even if it's a joke. Again, I truly love your channel and your advice but this "bit" is not okay. Especially since elderly abuse is very much real and rampant. Please do consider what I am saying as constructive criticism and not hate.
