The goal in life is not to be perfect but to laugh all our laughter and cry all our tears to celebrate when our needs get met and to mourn when we don’t. But to mourn without blame, without thinking there is something wrong with us. Marshall Rosenberg

This guy's ideas are amazing. I think we are harder on ourselves because we want to think we are smarter than other people because we have control over ourselves and so since we are smarter we should be doing the right thing and getting results. When we don't it throws doubt on that whole ego bolstering house of cards, so our need to feel good falls into doubt and we get frustrated and mad - because if there was something to do, we should be able to figure it out and do it. 4:24 - Why questions are one of the most violent forms of communication, because behind the why questions is another way of saying something is wrong with you.

One of the most amazing human being walking on this earth. I regret I didn't meet him in person...

Schade! Gfk ist sehr interessant und auch wichtig!
