Yes it's NOT as bad as Oluv made the emberton seem. It has a very soft sound but smooth. I quite enjoy it. It does sound better very close to ear level. It sounds unique and spread out. The Uboom does SOUND better and more fuller but that does NOT mean the emberton sounds bad. It sounds different. I got it on sale for 120$. I love it. Love the design. For how small it is , the sound is IMPRESSIVE

I'm not a big fan of multi-directional speakers. These are two different styles of speakers, so it's hard to compare them on a level playing field. At lower volume the Marshall sounds pretty decent, with a fair amount of punch. The problem is at higher volume it loses the bass and gets too bright.

@@FINNdeischgut When setting up speakers it's usually a good idea to try and reduce sound reflections and resonances that the room can introduce. The first reflection just refers to the first surface the sound will bounce off before hitting your ear with inaccurate timing information, hard, flat surfaces are the worst offenders. Usually, it's a wall and you can put something like a bookshelf there to help break up and any echo weirdness that would otherwise be introduced. There are also specialized panels you can buy and install on your walls if you're into that kind of thing. Knowing this, I saw that Oluv had a lamp in front of his left-channel speaker and decided to make a pithy joke about it being an intentional room-treatment measure. Sure you can have that opinion, but I have the opinion of piecing together many favorite features from all previously reviewed products. The proof is in the pudding of putting together a great product you can tell from the frequency response, he comes off as a very trustworthy reviewer. The dynamic volume adjustment is something I've been waiting to have in a good speaker for years. A good implementation of a bass up feature is great, I think the best way to do it for outdoor use or indoor at the press of a button not like the maxsound plus which made it a bass down or flat response button. Another use for that in my case is I would rather to use it in bass up all the time, but I travel for work and would like a flatter response when using in a hotel room so there's not as much bass. Having an eq like the soundcore motion boost is the next best thing with adjustable bass, but this is tuned great and at the press of a button. Those 2 features have been missing for years and he helped implement them. Along with putting it in a rugged design which is the best as well. Finally a full featured product that's not missing anything. Before this every product was good in certain ways, but never the complete package. And it's fair game to compare his to others because other companies still take advantage of their customer base and ask silly prices for products that could easily be better after years of being in the Bluetooth speaker space. They intentionally don't make their products better so they can keep coming out with incremental improvements every year and raise the prices. It would be frustrating to witness this as a reviewer as I'm frustrated as a customer waiting for the right speaker all the time and being surprised of the lack of effort on their part being put in.

I am getting paid by nobody. You live in a dream world obviously. In reality influencers are paid by companies to promote their stuff and sell it to you. I do it because I am convinced you won’t find anything better let alone for this price. I get just very little commission from the sold units that are bought with my code. Other reviewers having decent affiliate deals will earn much more than me having not contributed anything, that’s the sad truth. My only real I come is thanks to my trusty supporters on Patreon. I earn nothing with KZitem and nothing with any sales, Keep that in mind if you watch those sponsored channels.
