Helps for the channel to grow! Send me donation if you like what I'm doing to support me to make more, better quality videos. I would like to buy a camera & microphone to make some good quality videos. Later I really would like to go weightlifting competitions to record it and of course to make tons of training hall videos! Any donation will be big support for these goals! Thanks in advance! paypal.me/weneag

For me the most impressive things in this video were not the suqats actually, since I've seen others squat over 400kg as well, but 140kg OHP for 10 and 160 OHP. That's a ridiculous upper body strength.

This guy is fucking impressive, but I have the impression that his oly lifts are weak in comparation with his basics. I mean, he only clean and yerk and snatch a few kg more than ilya in his prime, but he squats almost 100kg more tan ilya in his prime too. I know technique are very important, but all pros has an almost prefect technique and strenght in basics and olys are strongly and directly relationated
