I haven't seen much of the video so I can't say one way or another about intelligence, but I _will_ say that all too often people just call others stupid due to having differing opinions. He probably won't. He clearly sees the conversations with Destiny as a partnership to help promote each other. He thought that's what they were doing. Then Destiny goes and criticises him harshly, and Shkreli feels used and betrayed. He thought Destiny wanted to get views off Shkreli the nice way, by helping each other out with self-promotion. Instead he used Shkreli the nasty way, by criticising him harshly and making accusations. This is why Shrkeli feels hurt upset. You know he is hurt and upset because he starts flinging insults. He would only do this for revenge. Therefore he must feel hurt and upset. Also in his mind the agreement is off and he won't want to work with Destiny again. In my opinion. EDIT: Okay I hadn't seen it all. I see that eventually Shkreli stops having his tantrum and he feels happier when he can start talking about himself again.

They use some software and workers to verify people aren't talking to others or looking away possibly at another screen, but it's still certainly possible to cheat. Someone could've come in with a laptop, looked on my screen and google the question and just hold their screen near my own yet outside the webcam and there'd be no way for the proctor to know. I love how she has no opinion or stance on Russia-Ukraine. She just reflexively takes an issue with everything Steven says and will literally contradict the substance of any previous point to argue with the next sentence. She is also incredibly content to make grandiose claims without any specific evidence. Also, male circumcision was thoroughly denounced by almost every apostle and church father in the Christian tradition. Her support for it seems to suggest that she thinks men should be circumcized because of Jewish practice... f***ing creepy.

It amazes me that this woman thinks that people can’t find a way to travel across the US if they’re not well-off. If people really like something or feel as if they’re part of something bigger than themselves, they’ll find a way to get to the next destination there regardless of their economical standing. I think a better argument would be wether or not they have the time. Typically because poor people (not homeless) don’t have the time to be able to travel as much. @ActuallyJozu

What law school did she go to? That honestly really matters a lot. If she's a grad of some low-ranking law school, that's not necessarily an indicator of extraordinarily high intelligence. Law schools below the top 25, and especially below the top 50, are really not that hard to get into if you've worked hard and maintained decent grades. You don't need an impressive LSAT to go to a school below the top 50. Some schools don't even require the LSAT and/or will take alternatives. You can also take the LSAT 3 times in a testing year, which someone with a bad score is definitely going to want to do. Going to a school outside the top 100 would suggest that she likely struggled on the LSAT, indicating she struggles with critical thinking, reasoning, analysis, comprehension and all the skills the LSAT tests for. Still a commendable achievement, but not an indactor of high intelligence. It moreso shows diligence, good habits, passion, and hardwork. Personally, I think there are many factors to intelligence and differ areas of intellect. I think she proabably lacks in critical thinking and reasoning, but is likely good in other areas. Not a dumb person, but doesn't have strong critical thinking. I don't say that because I disagree with her, but because the arguments she's using are so poorly reasoned. Also, the state in which she passed the Bar Exam matters a lot, too. Passing the CA Bar would be highly impressive. Passing the Bar in New Mexico or some shit is not nearly as impressive.
