Whenever I've seen a wicker basket since I first saw this aired back in the 70s, it always reminds me of this skit. Love it.

Saw this as a child, the original. Couldn't catch half the dialogue...no captions back then...but was the funniest thing. Here it is on an episode of Flip I somehow missed.

I think his appearance on the Flip Wilson show may be my favorite version of this sketch that Marty does. Also this whole episode is hilarious. The banter at the top between Cosell, Marty, and Flip is epic.
