This is undoubtedly one of the most profound ideas that have taken root in the mental health field. Myself being a beginner in the Rehabilitation field as a Psychologist have come to be aware of such a concept recently and with it, I can consider myself extremely lucky to learn about it; will hopefully progress and propagate the principles in the best manner possible! Thank you Kate and thank you Mary! Hope you always continue to Rock On!...in peace. Tc.

It works. I've used it, I use it and I need to continue to use it. Guess what, life gets better and better. I'm currently doing the 5 Day wrap level 2 training program. This program is open to anyone. This program should be taught in schools. It's free, it's a way of developing strategies to live a well life. It works if you work it. We are the experts on our own wellness.

W.R.A.P has been a great tool for me.I started using W.R.A.P for about three months now and it's been very helpful in my recovery process. When I have a trigger or an early warning sign,I can just put it down on paper and then when I find a way to get past it,I can write down and use it next time I have a trigger of an early warning sign.

I was touched by her mention of being very, very discouraged. She is a beautiful woman to whom I can relate.

Occupational therapy is the key and provider that deals with the day to day functioning, but sadly reimbursement practices don’t support our role in recovery pre-functional decline/hospitalisation.

I wrote that 4 years ago how I wanted to meet you.But I understand you cashing out on people charging so much for your WRAP courses making fun of Certified Peer Specialist by charging them $1300 you are greedy of others recovery. What real money do peer make and then your scholarship never get back to people. I am so happy I am the real thing real making a difference in other lives
