Before Cooking :
1. Mutton Liver 1 kg.
2. 1 teaspoon sugar.
3. Salt ½ teaspoon.
4. Vinegar 1 teaspoon.
(To wash, clean and remove liver's membrane)
Ingredients :
1. Curd 3 tablespoons.
2. Ginger-galic paste 1 tablespoon.
3. Kasuri methi 1 tablespoon.
4. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon.
5. Coriander powder 1 tablespoon.
6. Turmeric ½ teaspoon.
7. Salt 1 teaspoon.
8. Sliced onions 2.
9. Whole Spices :
(1) 3 bay leaves.
(2) Peppercorns ½ teaspoon.
(3) 2 cinnamon sticks.
(4) 3 green cardamoms.
(5) 1 black cardamom.
(6) 5-6 cloves
10. 2 green chillies.
11. Coriander leaves ½ bunch chopped.
12. Oil ½ cup.
