Dry Fruit Cookies
Ingredients
Butter 90 gm
Icing sugar 50 gm
Egg yolk 1
Flour 150 gm
Vanilla powder 2 pinches
Walnuts 20 gm
Pistachios 20 gm
Red cherries 20 gm
Peanuts 20 gm
Method
Cut walnuts, pistachios, red cherries and peanuts individually.
In a bowl, add butter and icing sugar, mix well.
Add in egg yolk, vanilla powder and flour. Fold it well.
Make a 7 gram ball out of a batter and dip in chopped nuts.
Bake it in an oven at 160 c for about 20 minutes.

Dry Icing Pastry
Ingredients
Butter 125 gm
Icing sugar 125 gm
Eggs 3
Flour 125 gm
Baking powder 5 gm
Vanilla essence few drops
Butter cream as required
For The Icing
Icing sugar 300 gm
Water as required
Food color as required
Method
Mix together butter and icing sugar.
Add eggs one by one and mix well.
Add in vanilla essence, flour and baking powder, mix well.
Add the batter in a rectangle baking tray. Bake it in an oven at 160 c for about 30 minutes.
Allow it to cool.
Then cut it into a square shape and spread the butter cream. Allow it to set in a fridge.
In a pan, add icing sugar, water and food color, cook well.
Add the icing onto the pastry and allow it to cool for a while.
Lastly cut it in and decorate.
