Stuffed Pol Roti

Ingredients
500 grams flour
200 Ml hot water
50 ml oil
Half scrapped coconut
Salt
For the filling
1 can of tuna
Finely chopped onions
Finely chopped green chilli
Lemon juice
Handful of coconut
Salt
Method
Cut the onion , curry leaves and chili finely chopped.
add to bowl.
Add the lime juice to the bowl.
Add half a tea spoon of salt.
mix the ingredients by hand, squeeze hard so the juices from the onion come out and mix with the other ingredients.
Add a hand of grated coconut and mix it again.
Drain the tuna can and add the tuna to the mixture, knead it together again.
Now tuna spread with coconut is ready!
Knead the dough and make a ball and press into a circle. Spread some tuna in the middle.fold the dough into a ball again and press into a circle again . Heat a pan and make your rotis in medium heat.
