Omg I made this recipe and used smoked paprika, red pepper and scallions and Worcestershire sauce in mine in addition. Omg omg these came out amazing and tastes and smells exactly like regular crab cakes! Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Made this today. Everyone loved it. A few notes: Be careful on how small you shred the pieces into. They don't really go in too much detail. If you shred too small, you don't need the 30-35 minutes and the garlic won't be done before about 35-40. My mushrooms started to crisp up at about 25 minutes. So I would do it for 10, stir it around, then by 5 minute intervals until the mushrooms are toasted but not too crispy. I also had to use two eggs to get the cakes to stick together long enough to pan fry them. They came out friggin awesome though. Looked at a lot of lion's mane crab cake recipes before I found this one. Really awesome flavor.
