Part 3 & 4 of the Massage Gun series highlights the glutes and hamstrings. The glutes, which along with the psoas, are critical for human locomotion and often are not maximized and under utilized in human performance. The hamstrings often stay the tightest and are one of the hardest muscle groups to get to release and recover from in training.
This video shows you the two main percussion points to work on each group plus some of Spud's other golden tidbits to help increase range of motion and gain a more optimal performance output. Spud, has found for him, that this work has led to much faster recovery times between sessions and decreased joint issues both before and after training along with reduced injury rates/rehab times.
