Talking with a buddy with decent xp (glad) that tested healing on the beta, and he was saying it felt like health was just too high because dmg didnt seem to move healthbars and healing didnt seem to move healthbars, at one point in a shuffle he said he hit a guardian>HW:Seren and did like 20% of someone's hp. Since we've now gotten that 60% stamina buff, how does it feel to you? Is it utterly insane, feels like everyone is just a raid boss? Or is the pacing actually decent. Ik dampening is faster in shuff so 3s will be different but just in general

Feels like no1 can die in the first min or 2, but escalates quick. I like how the healing feels late damp just takes too long ti get there. Doesnt seem to be many one shots right now

Heres the thing im wondering If your going to tune the healers to heal the tanks better with their massive health pools, this means flat out increasing the ratio of healing to damage input This being the case, it would seem like healing DPS will jsut be a complete walk in the park and we are going to be healing like half a health bar just with a single regrowth Im not saying whether this is a good thing or bad thing, but gameplay wise (not numbers wise) is this really the direction people are after? I feel like the tank/healer/dps dynamic was already good and didnt need changing

Pacing isnt too bad on beta atm. Takes a bit too long for dampening to kick in, but havent seen many one shots. Healing is strong

TBF, what needs to be shown is the symbiotic bloom uptime for the 20% healing buff and extra mastery stack, not its direct healing. This would show its value more because that could be 30-40%. I just finished a rss where adaptive did 3.7% healing buts i had it up almost the entire game buffing hots with a mastery stack and 16% healing so thats the more important thing to assess for the effectiveness of wildstalker on the meters. Also is wildstalker a ppm or a % chance to proc? if then going efflorescence would proc it twice as much. Wild growth is 7-8 ticks of chance to proc, is it worth using wild growth if it can reliable proc wild stalker on everyone? Not saying kotg isnt better but we need to see the things that can assess wildstalker better. I am curious does tthe dispel talent give 1 cp always, or 1 cp per buff dispelled?

In theory all of what u said is right, theres a reason it was busted in pve, but pvp WG, efflo isnt reliable. Ill def mess with in 2s, but not hopeful in 3s. Treants are so powerful in arena bc of cc. Plus the passive dmg from moonfire beats everything from wildstalker combinded. Saves so many globals

it seems like rdruid is a better version of disc in TWW. with the atonement style healing, was going to main priest as usual but might have to check out rdruid.

@@MMARKERS I just can't click with Rdruid, picked up Disc late in the season ( played Disc before, on and off ) and achieved 2159 in 2s with a 70 percent W-L, i had a blast playing the games as i was able to do a of damage. I'll for sure play Disc-Voidreaver in TWW with hopes of it being buffed in PvP. As we all know, Blizz likes to favor certain classes ever so often and get people to "reroll" and boost new characters - So i'll stick with what has a fun playstyle/what feels comfortable for me and spam queue in hopes of at least obtaining the PvP weapon illusion, which i hope is decent btw. Right now, i'm planning on playing Disc Priest, Hpal, Rsham/Enhance and Surv hunter but mostly focusing on playing a healer. My ultimate goal for TWW is to finally achieve 2400 in a bracket,

This is why I am not playing the war within, I am sick to death of all the bs changes due to mythic! Why not make arena and pvp in general it's own game? I know so many people that want to play arena but won't because they don't want to level and chase gear all the time. Most pvp players don't care about any other part of the game and if it was a stand alone game all the grinding would be taken out and more players would give it a chance

Evoker damage was already a bit out of control imho when you consider how much raw HPS and mana efficiency they have as well. Combine that with a ranged interrupt, castable cc, and AoE purge, I don’t understand the logic on buffing BOTH raw HPS and DPS when you factor in the utility a prevoker brings to the table. Calling it now, but “utility cleave” - Ret/Enhance/Prevoker - will be incoming to an arena near you very shortly. Heck, if DKs aren’t toned down, DK/DK/X is going to be a problem across the board, especially if one is frost and the other goes unholy with specifically a Prevoker healing and shortly behind it being a Rdruid or Rsham. Actually, the more I think about it, double DK with a Prevoker would be bananas. With 3 ranged kicks, multiple grips, pet kick, double strang, double sleet, and depending on racial even more micro cc incoming from panda, only healer that could legitimately stand a chance living would be a rDruid and AoE purge from flame breath makes it even more troll. You can just rotate tunnel every single interrupt and cc/micro cc onto a healer and legitimately at some point it’s going to flop. Getting to be beyond frustrating when Blizzard overcorrects so drastically and takes so long to do so. Idk why this is so hard to comprehend you have multiple player bases and you can’t just paint in broad strokes, there has to be more attention to detail and consideration for how these new changes affect ALL classes directly and indirectly, not just through the lens of a class specific viewpoint. They’re creating the potential for the greatest disconnect from what the player base is asking and wanting vs the finished product and how that translates into real playability and player experience. PvP should be viewed and tuned from an entirely different perspective, specifically by class in the same manner PvE should be viewed and tuned. They’re two entirely different “games” within the same game and the approach being taken doesn’t fundamentally view it that way and the results speak for themselves…Having 5 different live versions of the game to subscribe to doesn’t help the issue any either. I think if they were to cut it down to 2 versions - Cata Classic and Retail - then re-focus the tuning and programming into a bi-weekly goal with continual and constant class changes, you’re going to find yourself arriving at a much better end product with a happier subscriber base that feels like their opinions and feedback actually matter, because changes and tuning are happening at a rate 3x-5x quicker than the current pacing and doesn’t create some of these wild tuning changes that go live and literally cause players to re-roll overnight and play classes they would never consider, simply because they’re disgustingly broken and out of balance compared to the other available classes and specs. Just my 2 cents (lol my $2 after the length of the post). And for some background and insight into my PvP experience, I just earned my 5th gladiator title in the last 7 seasons I’ve played, so I feel as if these points aren’t out of touch or disconnected from a moderate to higher range of PvP experience. Love to hear some thoughts and read responses to my opinion(s) expressed, minus the name calling and insults. Cheers! @@Ace561wpb at the same time prev takes more dmg then any healer except for Fistweave on avg, due to being in closer to the fight as well as being in melee far more so easier to cc outside of shroud also prevs kicks a 40s cd so its not truly that much of a issue, (as can be seen as most of the stuff you talk about being DK cc wise)

@@MMARKERSi think we can all agree that healers without dampening are gods, the whole dampening system is a scuffed solution for the Problem and also makes any PvP content where you dont have a healer completely unbalanced (Double dps 2s, random BGS with healer diff, world PvP) shuffle is a diff Story for healers completely agree
