U visited KLCC, it was previously a site of a turf club, horse race course. In this video, u visited BBCC, it was previously a site of a prison. Just to let u know that, KL is not developed with an urban master plan. It's a mix of everything, old n new, everywhere in d city, u have been to Kampung Baru, a reserved area for d Malay, n due to d rising cost of land in d city n due to d Malay reserved status in that area, it's been very challenging for d federal government to develop d city. D best planned city in Malaysia is Putrajaya, an administrative city for d federal government of Malaysia. Hope that u can find time to visit Putrajaya.

And as u already know, Malaysia gained independence in 1957, n is still rapidly developing esp in d big cities like KL. Malaysia had a plan to become a first nation by d year 2020 n d plan was called Vision 2020. But due to some unforeseen circumstances, domestically, also due to some related international crisis, Malaysia still has to revised d plan to become a fully developed country. But just between u n me, I'm glad that Malaysia is still developing, coz d developed status n d anticipated high cost of living will only benefit d top group income but at d same time will add more life pressures for d mid income group.esp d low income group. Even now, after 2 years of lockdown, many parties have taken advantage of d unconducive situations that led to d increase prices in many basic items. I think, this happened, not only in Malaysia, but some other parts of d world too.

Wow that's interesting facts on how they are changing the center of the city. I wonder how KL will look like in 10 years.

@@TravelingSoloLogs In ten years' time, u can expect more changes in d landscapes of d city, KL sits in d Klang Valley n there r few other adjoining cities that make d greater part of KL. But there r quite a few setbacks in d city areas, for instance d pedestrian walking area by d side of d roads, there r many connecting highways to d city, but many roads in d city proper cannot be widen. D most critical issues r d flash flood problems in d city, although there is a smart tunnel that can channel away d excessive downpour rain, but d drainage system n d 2 small rivers in KL can't sustain n withstand d massive amount of water from d torrential rain. D worst situations of flash flood happened earlier this year in some places in KL n outskirt of d city. D one thing I like most about d KL, is d green areas, parks n gardens in d city. 😁

@@TravelingSoloLogs glad u enjoying while in here. Hope we give u the best hospitality as we can. Anyway I'm not really favourite with urban lifestyle... Kind of introvert person... Easy to get tired & my energy drains faster with the crowded and chaos environment... But, KL also have nice & tranquility place u may visit beside KLCC park... U may visit Perdana Botanical Garden (nearest masjid negara), FRIM at kepong, sungai Gabai, Putrajaya...
