After 6 months of washing dishes, the Master still would not let him do other task and ignore him completely, so he to keep washing dishes. He was a little annoyed, and the more he washed, the more annoyed he became. I am not here to wash dishes, I'm here to cultivate. He planned to escape and was waiting for an opportunity. The next spring came, on the 8th day of the 4th lunar month. According to tradition, this day is the Buddha Bathing Festival. Everyone lined up. Bathe the prince statue with the fragrant water. Wash off the dust on the filthy body. Bathing the Buddha, everyone is very happy. When it was his turn, he was also very happy. The moment he poured the water, he realized that I am so happy when bathing the Buddha, but why am I unhappy when bathing the dishes?

Is the washing different? I had a wrong thought. I should wash every plate like washing a prince. Thus, I can bathe the Buddha every day. After changing a thought, he was filled with dharma joy. There are so many Buddha statues he could bathe. This thought opened his obstructive mind. From then on, everything in his life is practice. He has realized the meaning of practice.
