To summarize,
1. Get ankles strong in extremes
2. Train one sided contraction of the back of you
3. Get core strong static and moving
The knee and eccentric contraction of the quad on the plant leg is a big part of early stage. This is usually taken care of if you’re squatting jumping and doing cleans. Eccentric overload might help but it’s not a big deal.
Internal rotation of the hip at the block is also important. Shock braking like I’ve posted multiple times can help.
