Thank you, Chuy Sihing, for making this rich material available. I remember our training in the bay area at one of the meetings in honor of our Sifu, late Grandmaster Brendan Lai, where you conducted the training with everyone present. It was a memorable and rich meeting! Congratulations, Stephan for your detailed presentation. Mantis King (Wong Honn Fuun Sigung from Hong Kong, in memoriam) is preserved through the work of the Praying Mantis Martial Arts Institute in NYC!

Great job Stephane demonstrating the form. Master Wong Hon Fun wrote an article about this form and at the end shared that this form was popularly spread through Southern China and beyond and that many in Shandong where our mantis style started did not know this form. Thank you SiFu for sharing this with everyone.

@@housekeeper1349 We studied Five Animal together back in the early 80's in St. Louis Missouri. I remember him being a very cool guy. When he first started learn ing Mantis he told use that he was beginning to learn Gung Lik Kuen (Gung Li Quan) I hope he's doing well, I haven't seen him since, but he always pops up in my mind when I watch one of your videos.
