MasterChef’s Gulabo Bhapa Doi🌹🤗
I still remember this day like it was yesterday. Having bungled up on something as simple as curd rice, I got sent straight to elimination with the purpose to hero ‘Dahi’ or Curd.
And like they say, not everyday is your day.. I added too much flavouring to my bhapa doi which ofcourse did not go well with the judges.
Chef Vineet said, it hurt his throat 🙈.. Chef Ranveer said, I should have tested the strength.. but then what kind of chef am I, if I do not learn from my mistake!!
So here if the new and improved GULABO BHAPA DOI that I believe would do the judges proud 🤗! Simple four ingredient recipe it is the dessert you want to make at your masterchef kitchen..
Recipe:-
250 gms hung curd
Condensed milk -150 gms
Fresh cream 50 gms
Rose water 10 gms
Mix everything till smooth. Divide in 4 ramekins.
Steam in a water bath at 180C for 35 minutes.
(To make on gas stove, steam for 30 minutes on low, covered)
Its creamy and decadent with the perfect flavouring of rose to make it a happy walk through the 🌹🌹gardens 😁🌹
