Brazilian-style coffee is a strong black coffee with bitter chocolate topped with delicate whipped cream. This trio will leave no one indifferent.
Ingredients:
2-3 tsp instant coffee
30 g (1 oz) bitter chocolate
60 ml (2 fl oz) water
120 ml (4 fl oz) hot milk.
Whipped cream to taste
Grated chocolate to taste (for decoration)
Method:
1.Pour instant coffee with water and let it steep for 2-3 minutes.
2.Break some chocolate into the serving glass.
3.Pour hot coffee over the chocolate.
4.Stir with a spoon until fully dissolved.
5.Add milk to the mixture.
6.Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
