Today we have a very simple recipe for soup with stew. It is prepared quickly, but it turns out tasty and satisfying.
Ingredients for stew soup:
• 1 can of stew (325 grams),
• 100 grams of pasta,
• 1 medium carrot,
• 1 large onion,
• a small bunch of green onions,
• vegetable oil,
• several sprigs of parsley,
• 4 medium potatoes.
How to cook soup with stew.
Peel one large onion and cut into thin half rings.
4 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped.
1 carrot, peeled and roughly chopped.
Heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil and add the prepared vegetables. Fry over medium heat for 10-12 minutes. Don't forget to stir occasionally.
Open the jar of stew and mash the meat with a fork into smaller pieces. The weight of the jar is approximately 300 grams.
Instead of regular pasta, I decided to take 2 bags of 50 grams of instant noodles. Break the vermicelli into small pieces.
Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan and add vegetables with stew. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
We wash a small bunch of green onions and finely chop.
We also wash fresh parsley and dry it a little. Finely chop the greens.
Turn off the heat, add the noodles and green onions with parsley. Then pour seasonings from instant vermicelli packets. You can just salt and pepper the soup. Stir and cover with a lid, leave the soup for 5-10 minutes.
