येसरी बनाउनुहोस मासुको अचार सारै मीठो हुन्छ

Masu ko achaar (Chicken Pickle)
1 kg Chicken
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per the taste
1 lemon juice
For masala
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
½ tbsp carom seeds
1 tbsp mustard seeds
½ tbsp fenugreek seeds
½ tbsp Sichuan pepper (timur)
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Roast for 2-3 minutes
Once it cool down, grind it
Heat oil in a pan to fry the chicken
Fry the chicken until it turns into brown in color
Heat 3 tbsp mustard oil in a pan
Add 4 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
Saute for 2-3 minutes
Add 1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chili powder (optional)
1 tsp red chili flakes
Now, add the masala which we made earlier
Cook the masala another 3-4 minutes
If Masala looks dry, then you can always add extra oil
Add salt as per the taste
Add fried chicken
Cook the Chicken along with masala for 4-5 minutes
Add 1 lemon juice
Store in air tight container
Keep in a cool place for freshness and long term storage
