Fannie was hilarious on the head-to-head match. From what I've observed, when she's picked she has a good record of matching. It would be interesting if they kept statistics on the panelists matching records.

6 years later... Match Game 78, Episode 1346, Gene had a short microphone. He briefly had a short, fatter mic in a previous season -- maybe '76 or '77.

40 years ago, i don't think the term about second-hand smoke, like 'political correctness', didn't exist - but that was somewhat inconsiderate, kinda like eating chocolate cake in front of someone on a diet...

Richard Dawson always tried to upstage the host. The host must have been furious at times but he always managed to maintain his cool. He was the greatest.
