Ingredients材料:
150g (9 pieces) Digestive biscuits, finely crushed (消化饼干碎)
60g/ 1/4 cup butter (牛油)
500g/18 oz cream cheese (奶油芝士)
110g/1/2 cup caster sugar (细砂糖)
15g corn flour (玉米粉)
3 large eggs (鸡蛋)~ Grade A
200g Sour cream (酸奶油)~ 200g dairy whipping cream mix with 1 tbsp lemon juice (200克动物性鲜奶油加入1 汤匙柠檬汁混合均匀)
1 tbsp matcha powder (抹茶粉)
Crumble (奶酥):
100g plain flour (普通面粉)
1 tsp matcha powder (抹茶粉)
50g caster sugar (细砂糖)
50g salted butter(盐味牛油)
50g Pistachio chopped (开心果,切碎)
Bake in water bath at 160°C for 70minutes.
