2 Eggs (65g/each, with shell)
Unsalted butter(melted) 30g
Matcha powder 8g
Warm cream 65g
Caster sugar 35g
Warm milk 340g
Cake flour 90g
Whipping cream 550g
Icing sugar 50g
Matcha powder (sprinkle on the surface)
☘️ ** Heat on low heat all the way through. This recipe can make 30-35 crepes, depending on the thickness of each crepe.
