Ingredients for matcha sponge cake (抹茶海绵蛋糕):
3 eggs - grade A (鸡蛋)
90g caster sugar (细砂糖)
90g plain flour(普通面粉)
1 tbsp matcha powder (抹茶粉)
40ml corn oil (玉米油)
40ml milk(鲜奶)
Filling(芝士馅):
250g mascarpone cheese (马斯卡彭芝士)
2 egg yolks (蛋黄)
