Hi. I want to make a bar bending schedule for rebar of each element vise. And floor vise . For example. I have a four story building with column and beam slab and rebar in them all beam are of different sizes and on each floor . I want to find out which element on what floor is taking how much rebar in it .like column of floor one to 4 . Each sorted

Dear you have set the type of calculated field (Cost per Length) as Length thats why the field was showing the unit of meters instead of $ (currency). instead you should have defined its Type as as Currency and the units will be displayed in default currency ($). similarly in calculated field of cost per unit area you defined the Type as Area which is a mistake. You should have defined it as Currency so the unit may be displayed as $.

Hi Farid @Farid Barki , thank you for your feedback but if you do that in the formulation of the parameters like cost per length or cost per area, then you will end up with an error. So to sum up, the only way currently functioning in Revit is the one already demonstrated in this video. You can give it a try and we can discuss this further if you are interested.

You have calculated cost per area wrong. The calculation you did was for total cost. Cost per area is Cost divided by area. In general it is a good presentation.
