I've lived on my own since 16 never had a family only blood had a heart attack last year at 25yo was hospitalized for almost a whole year started having panic attacks then I lost my bestfriend 4 months ago he passed at 31yo and lost my wello(grandpa) 3 months ago he was closest father I had NO MATTER MY STRUGGLES I will never give up life isnt meant to be easy but to make you stronger and god sometimes has to give us negative things in life so we can achieve the positives we want for ourselves in life 💪💪💪TO THOSE READING THIS IF YOU FEEL ALONE YOUR NOT IM HERE WITH YOU ALWAYS

Panic attacks will lead to self medicating /drinking faster than peer pressure or genetics. But after a v short time, alcohol and drugs stop working. Then the panic attacks get much worse. Horrible!!

man, as a veteran that had more deployments than 80% of my unit...i was tired of war. I've seen it all in different countries/continents....just...please...stop. There was a joke with guys that re training for a war that hasn't started yet. That's great....but there's a lot of us...that just wish it wasn't started to begin with.

The first time I’m hearing this was 5 years ago, on a night i was high ain’t gonna lie was depressed af , didn’t even know what to do tomorrow when i wake up , or didn’t wanna wake up. It was raining. I put this song on idk where did i get this from but this was playing I listened to the lyrics and everything changed from there. This helped me go through a worst stage of my life .
