By far my favorite patch and really showcases the strength of the matriarch

For a less "playable" but more "fun" patch with the stereo delay, I like this one: patch from Modulation wave out to Delay time 1 in; Modulation rate around 11:00, waveform random; Delay time around 12:00, mix 12:00, feedback around 14:00, pingpong on; Play a single note and listen to it brabbling with itself :)

I really dug the colored one, but man, now that I'm actually looking at this it's super slick. But im new to synths, so the colours will probably help my dumb ass figure it out 😂

I thought I had become colorblind, but I did not worry because my hearing could catch all them dope sounds

Weird. I like it. Thanks. Reminds me a bit of Chase Bliss Thermae - good thing too, been craving that one for a while.

I love my colourful Matriarch, but if I could modify it to look like this I 100% would. Is it possible to release some sort of kit?

@@highlypotent Indeed, the two have a very different vibe. I think I prefer the colored one, it seems more welcoming and playful, much less menacing and intimidating. I would like my family to play with it as well. The knobs and patch points seem scary enough already. It looks mad in black tho

Cool sounds! Am I the only one who is bothered by the fact that Moog use vinyl overlays for their control panel graphics instead of screen printing them onto the chassis?

Guess in the future it makes it easier to get a reprint of the screen? Redoing silk screening sounds like a massive mess. The Korg Polysix has a 'new manufactured' front panel for $400+ which looks great, but even that has a mistake on it.

When I modulate the delay time with Sync/Tap on, the main arp clock drifts along with the modulation as well. With Sync off it’s solid. Any idea why?

will the input take a microphone level?

it expects instrument level, so it would be very quiet without a preamp
