I was that person that Didn't know Jesus, EVER. I went to church when I was a kid but my heart was never right. Mattie has been an inspiration to my development. I was a hardcore atheist Out of ignorance, I committed many ridiculous acts of blasphemy and many serious crimes, that I now could never do in my older years . Over the last few years that has changed. I am saved. I feel HIM working now but this is just the beginning for me. This is some of my Testimony!!!!! Please if you read this and you are a non believer or are on the fence, just try to find your inner self or spirituality. What can it hurt? We have a Spiritual Father.

You are here, screaming your devotion, onto something unknown while people is starving, is dying and suffering. Actually, that's the problem with me. I don't believe in any kind of religion, because to me it seems like a waste of time put my faith in something that I don't have any proof of its existence, on the other side I see all this bullshit in the world and that's something palpable for me. So why put my faith in something that I don't see at all?. instead of wasting my time on that, I'd rather do something for this world, than just being a follower.

Matt disqualifies everyone for ministry unless they have "The Holy Spirit possessing their body." This makes no sense. He should read Colossians 2:18 where it says "Let no one disqualify you insisting on ascetic practices and the worship of angels, claiming access to a visionary realm and inflated without cause by his fleshly mind." This applies to Matt since he claims access to visions and spiritual powers. He is a false teacher.

When he said you dont have a right to do whatever you want, but then goes to say "People say if you dont drink or cuss or have sex you are all right with God" he seems to contradict himself. Either you can do whatever you want, or you should not do certain things if you are a Christian. You cannot be a christian and just keep sinning and saying "Oh its my weakness but i still have the holy spirit supernatural powers." I mean come on!

The Apostles did not recieve the baptism of the spirit 4 times. It was individuals recieving it at seperate times only once. Only 4 times was it mentioned in Acts therefore it is a rare occurence and it had nothing to do with being slain in the spirit or acting ecstatic. Matt needs to re-read Acts. This is ridiculous.

Proper christians will also not condemn non-believers to hell, but try and disciple them to the Jesus that we have felt, and that we love and believe in. We do not force it upon anyone, we let them make their own decisions. Any true believer loves everyone, disreguarding whatever they believe in. We as christians try to spread the word of who we believe in, and to try and disciple people to the faith of our God. If they deny it, then we just pray, and hope that one day they will open theirhearts

there is sin in all people, and for people who steal, commit rape crimes, and murders are sinful and Godless people... God gave freewill in everybody to either follow him, or to ignore his glory and do evil with their lives, and those are the people who commit the crimes that you are talking about... Man is not perfect, and can never be perfect because we can never be like our King... Our Lord did not commit those crimes, man did, because man can never be perfect in God's image

How is like talking to a wall? when u challenge the name of God to a Christian and say that there is no proof of God, a Christian would answer you giving you a direct answer, and I would guess that you are the one too closed minded to listen.. The proof of God is all around you, the mountains that tower over you and the ground that walks before you, is proof that good exists.. that fact that you have all 10 of your fingers to reply to this message is proof of God.

While I completely agree with you, what he's saying isn't bad. There is nothing wrong with making re-commitments to God. None of us get it right and all of us fail God constantly. You might be right. That's one thing I've wondered. He doesn't seem to like publicly associating himself with a demonination (he'd lose credibility with some people). If he has a denomination, my guess would be Catholic. I believe he attended St. Mary's University, and he seems to have a very traditional outlook on Jesus if you look deeply into what he is saying. The Seraphim Logo has the hebrew names of 4 archangels, one of which is Raphael, who I believe is only mentioned in the Book of Tobit

I dont believe that he meant it like it leaves you, what he meant was that as you stray from God you start to ignore the Spirit and when you get the babtism of the Holy Spirit it becomes stronger again and you feel what once felt before you strayed away, i know personaly i have strayed at times but people have prayed for the spirit to come down and my spirit was revived. so no it never leaves you but when you ask for it again, you just want to hear it louder than what you have let it become

I guess so. What I got from it is that too many Christians argue about the differences between denominations and don't focus on who God really is. He's just declaring it in the name of Jesus. I don't think he believes that he has the power to remove sins. He knows that people can come forth with a wrong heart but is speaking it out for those that are really declaring it. No one knows the true heart of man other than God.

You're not even reading my responses? I'll repeat. You're in no position to be telling me what I'm doing. You do not know me. No, I don't say all of that is the will of God. Once again, you are assuming and putting words into my mouth. You're going in circles and being the wall again. And once again, I learn nothing from you. Also, beginning a statement with "Maybe I'm ignorant, but" doesn't give it a whole lot of credibility. Simply saying "God does not exist" is hardly clarifying.

Is this an actual question or trying to start another argument? Religion is the most prominent piece of human fulfillment. It is the one thing that has survived generations, thousands and thousands of years. It begins long before Jesus walked the earth, to the gods of Mt. Olympus, etc. Obviously there is something about religion that keeps this race engaged. You'd have to ask each individual how they benefit. There are people that fake it, and people who feel real life from their religion.

A lot of people will say baptism is a necessity, but Jesus's own words are that "No one comes to the Father except through me." "Me" not "baptism." Baptism is more or less a symbolic ceremony that many followers of Christ never have the opportunity to take part in. I would definitely disagree with anyone who says baptism is the only way to be saved or get to the holy spirit. But that's just me.

One can make that generalization about anything anyone says about any topic. Religion, politics, movies or dancing cucumbers, it doesn't matter.
