Ingredients
125g Semolina
100g Sugar
125 ml Milk
3 tbsp Ghee
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 tbsp Sultanas
2 tbsp Almonds
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
Directions:
1. In a small frying pan, roast the semolina over a low heat until it turns light brown. Keep aside.
2. In a saucepan, melt the ghee, add the sultanas, almonds ad cinnamon stick. Fry for about 1 minute.
3. Add the milk, cardamom powder and sugar. Bring to a boil
4. Add the semolina, reduce the heat and keep mixing until the milk has evaporated.
5. Serve and enjoy.
