Their wings are all flapping at the same time.. Possible to randomize those? Update: found it... under Instancer > cycle options > Cycle Start Object > Particle ID. Choose that and they will all flap wings randomly.

How do I offset the bird animation so they don't flap their wings in sync?

Just navigate to Instancer tab > cycle options > Cycle Start Object > Particle ID. Choose that and they will all flap wings randomly.

Of course you can. The matching happens in post but the workflow remains the same

Thank you. The easiest way is to export everything as Alembic via cache, export as Alembic cache.
