It doesn’t matter if the officer resigned or not, if he was employed and violated your rights he still responsible you can serve this county.😊

I've worked for a local government entity in the past and I can tell you the best way to serve a lawsuit is at a public meeting, usually a council meeting, with the mayor, city or village manager, police chief, and possibly the county sheriff in attendance.

"MAYOR & CHIEF OF POLICE STUNNED WHEN SERVED WITH LAWSUIT" Didn't look stunned at all.

Detains the wrong person, then gets on the radio and calls for every available unit for an unarmed man? Talk about escalating a situation and making a huge deal out of literally nothing.

The millions of dollars being wasted by all these police departments. There's no reason for no police departments of not having body cameras and dash cameras.

Just once I'd like to see a Mayor or an Official jump up and greet a citizen that requests them. It is always the ole he is in a meeting.

Rude receptionist trying not to help and the mayor being at an appointment and suddenly appearing with the chief of police, that’s how public servants behave. They tried to look cool but they were disturbed…👍

Guy comes in to serve his own papers not realizing he can’t do that. And he asks for the person that oversees everything. That’s the mayor. But he doesn’t want the mayor. Good Jesus. Then says he’s going to keep it civil but might have to take it federal. Dude, that’s civil too. 😂

Glen was doing great until the $50M suit for a cop raising a flashlight. People get less than $1M when they sustain serious injuries and are falsely put in jail for weeks. Guys getting out of prison after decades of false imprisonment don't typically get $50M.

Sadly the only one that looked especially stupid is the one looking to serve papers to the city and not even knowing who they needed to serve them to. I could not imagine going into a city's city hall and not knowing by recognition who the mayor and police chief were. They were most likely surprised that they were being served papers by someone that had no clue who they were. 🙄🤦🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
