Aren't the lyrics Linda confusing though? She sings about how cool he was, and she only wanted to be a small part of his life, but also "I never wanted a piece of your heart"? That doesn't track. I never listened to them live and I didn’t know they could sound any better. Their studio work is already mesmerizing but she has such stage presence because of her vocal bliss. I think the band knows how great she sounds and they do a great job of complimenting her.

Hope is still very beautiful. She is one of my best friends aunt. She is very nice but incredibly shy, which is why she usually looks uncomfortable in all the videos you see of her. Outside of that shes very normal and comes from a very typical Mexican family.

They were such a captivating live show. When I saw them at Irving Plaza in the 90's the crowd was so hypnotized you could hear a pin drop. I'm so thankful there were no cell phones back then.

I fell in love with Mazzy in '94. Recorded this very performance on VHS. Bought the record. Already had the Pale Saints version on vinyl. I sit here in 2021 strumming along on my guitar. Mainly D to G, momentarily moving to A or E. Your dog could do it.

Dave Roback never plays anything more difficult that someone with only a few years of experience couldn't play, but he ALWAYS plays THE RIGHT THING at THE RIGHT TIME. FANTASTIC! & Hope, my god, are you kidding me? Incredibly under-appreciated band. They should be superstars!
