Grab the handles with the overhand grip and drive your shoulders down, squeezing your lats. Try to start every movement with your shoulders, stretching them up and pulling them down. When we bring the shoulders down, we contract the back muscles. If you focus your mind on moving the elbows downward and just hold the handles, you will get the right movements for building the core muscles.
If you pull out the seat, this machine can be used by people without disabilities, just like all the other machines.
