The Kaplan Quicksheets are an awesome review resource to use to start your studying to get an idea of the scope of the MCAT material as well as a final review right before test day. I am convinced you can get at least like a 510 if you knew only everything on these sheets perfectly and did well on CARS. (No clue if this is true, just emphasizing how comprehensive I think these sheets are.)
AAMC MCAT/GPA Acceptance Data:

In the video I highlight the 20.4% and 61.4% for the 498-501 and 510-513 scores, respectively, which are the basis for the more than 3x acceptance rate Princeton Review mentions. This is true. However, it is better to look at these data stratified by GPA. The following are the increased acceptance rates for these MCAT ranges by GPA categories.
Greater than 3.79 == 2.43x, 3.6-3.79 == 2.7x, 3.2-3.39 == 2.74x, 3-3.19 == 2.66x, 2.8-2.99 == 2.38x, etc.
Note: For those that are new here, I'm not a doctor (yet). I'm currently a first year medical student at Duke University.
