My old 250 had a hilarious thing cast into it. With Mac oil run 50:1. With standard 2 cycle oil run 24:1. With SAE 30 use at 16:1. In a swamp we used SAE 30 to run off the mosquitoes.

Cool old saw! I was never into these but recently bought an I-41 which I’m reading was almost the same as the 250? Then they went Super250 and 7 more cc’s. Pretty excited to try it out.

Can you put the link for the bar and chain?! I have a 250 that I want to put a 28in bar on. That one looks nice! Also is it a 404 chain or 3/8 ? Thanks!!
@ButlerOutdoorsCanada

This one is an Oregon 009 bar mount also the saw has a 3/8 aftermarket sprocket which is an easy swap Aswell! You should be able to get the bar through and echo dealership

Thanks!! That one is an Oregon 288rndd009 it's a bit tight but it does fit! Some folks dreammel out the middle part so it fits nicely but it slides on with a bit of WD-40 on mine, Cheers!!
