I'm sure I'll get hate for this but if I ever visit Japan I would totally eat at all of our food chains over there. Why? Because they have items we don't over here and it looks a lot better as well. McDonalds, KFC, Burger King, Arby's, etc. America hardly gets anything new for food. Those sandwiches looked good and the beef stew pie looked divine!

Here in Malaysia, we have Nasi Lemak McD with one or two pieces of regular or spicy chicken. This is a regular menu item. Plus seasonal burgers like Korean, Samurai Teriyaki, Mexicana burgers. For the upcoming Chinese New Year, we have (oblong shaped) Prosperity Burger beef or chicken with black pepper sauce. Also comes in double meat patties.

honestly its cause us Americans will continue to eat the crap they serve no matter what. in other countries McDonald’s isn’t a default place that people will eat at constantly so they have to incentivize people to come back which is why their menu consitantly changes and has cool unique flavors and colabs

America's McDonald's could learn a thing or two from Japan's McDonald's. We have the same stuff (same flavors) all the time, it's boring. Every now and then they bring back the McRib but even that get boring after awhile. They recenty put out a statement saying they were going to make big changes to make things better. On that very small list was adding more sesame seeds to the buns and extra sauce to the big macs. Really?!😒

@@snowylilacs7952 its lack of wanting to try new foods. And corporate lack of imagination. Its politics. My first trip over to Europe in the US Navy, we stopped at Portugal. Day trips of about 8 hours to see local museums and a few commercial places. The restaurant we stopped at served us a nice meal. After we got back out to the bus, some of my shipmates wanted to know what the meat was. They threw up after finding out it was goat meat. They were not sick until then. It was the thought of something they weren't used to that caused them distress. The guy in charge of us made them clean it up.
