Former student activist, Mcebo Dlamini, has accused the ANC of failing to appoint competent leaders. Dlamini spoke as the party gears up for its 55th national conference, where President Cyril Ramaphosa and former Health Minister Zweli Mkhize are vying for the ANC presidency position. The two are both faced with controversial scandals dominating the political sphere of SA.
