Really, this guy's a pretty goddamn good guitarist! I have no idea how much he's been covered by the printed / online media, but, he's really good!!! Thanx Dan!!

It isn’t chambered, but it has weight relief holes. Pick-ups are the stock 490/498.

My les Paul jimmy page from 96 is also heavy no chambering and it is loud and can ring all day long.

he uses the 948t (bridge) and 490r (neck) set in all his les pauls. except for one with an unknown seymour duncan (possibly a custom custom i THINK), and one with an angus young prototype pickup in it (that's in the black beauty jimmy page prototype guitar). you might have guess i'm a fan! haha

That is interesting. The less expensive Gibsons like SGs & Les Paul Studios tend to have those pickups, right? I bought an Explorer 10 years ago and I think it had those pickups in them.

The Darkness always has the best gear rundowns because they don't dick around with a ton of gadgets. They plug Les Pauls directly into stock Marshalls. Done.

Yeah Dan is funny, Justin got the money from t.v. ads, some of them very profitable. Mars, Ikea, probably the biggest.

+Kurt Viehdorfer Justin Hawkins used to write jingles for ad campaigns in the UK, including a really weird one for an Ikea ad if I am remembering it right. Maybe that is what he is referring to and he thought jingle writing would sound uncool?
