Yoga is not only a way to improve your own health and wellness. Making you more aware of your own feelings and emotions, it is also beneficial to the people around you. Happiness is not just an individual issue: it greatly depends on our relationships. These are in turn dependent on how sensitive we are to what is going on in our mind, especially at the unconscious level. Most of what happens in our live is actually determined by forces we normally ignore. Being with a child is a fantastic way to tune in with the subtle mechanics of the energy that animates us. The new born child is a hyper-sensitive device that reacts instantly to our changing states and moods. It may seem I’m making my daughter experience yoga here, but really, she is teaching it to me.
