Cable knitting has always scared me, but this tutorial is so easy to follow, I am itching to start (have to finish my blanket first). But now, when i start making fashion stuff, i look up the internet for some scarf idea and saw your scarf, an absolutely beautiful pattern. Im planning on knitting this scarf, but 40 stitch cast on is A LOT but worth it since we making 2x2 ribs. Guess im visiting the yarn shop in a few dayy. Thank for your great pattern!

Beautiful! Would love to see a blanket pattern with this cable pattern. Finished this last summer in bulky yarn and just enjoying it now in the cold northeast winter. I made it as an infinity scarf and it’s so warm! I’ve been asked where I bought it LOL. I have lots of worsted weight 100% wool I’d like to use to make a few more. Can you suggest how I could modify the pattern - cast on more stitches? TIA

Hi, Letitia - Yes, I simply use double pointed knitting needles for my cable needle... then I painted it with nail polish to help it "pop" in the video. You can find them here: amzn.to/3TeCmyk (affiliate link).
