Forlorn and bereft of nutrients, after 3 years of scouring the depths of KZitem for a repast which would titillate my taste buds into incapacitation, I happened across Jack’s channel. Since my first visit i have undergone numerous, splendacious, gustatory journeys of culinary excellence. After devouring a delectable distribution of delicious dishes I have since fallen into a delirium of the senses that escapes articulation.

@Sadreath
Жыл бұрын
Fantastic recipe. Though it came out rather different for me. Especially the macros which is suprising to me given that the substitution I made should be lower in calories overall. Substitution I made: Shaoxing Wine -> Rice Vinegar Chicken Thigh -> Chicken breast Chinese Cabbage -> A lot more of it because no Bok Choy, Spring Onions Carrots -> 150g With the noodles I used (371Kcal/100g) this came out to 513 calories per serving with 6 huge servings total. Next time I will add a lot more veggies. Probably double the carrots and more Chinese cabbage. Also might add some more sauce since my noodles seem to get a lot bigger than the ones in the video.

Yes, you do. The body doesn't need carbohydrates, but it does need animal protein and fats. The majority of the world population doesn't get enough quality animal protein in their daily diet (statistical fact), despite "mainstream" news spouting the complete opposite. This is from Harvard University: "Protein is essential to good health. The very origin of the word - from the Greek protos, meaning "first" - reflects protein’s top-shelf status in human nutrition. You need it to put meat on your bones and to make hair, blood, connective tissue, antibodies, enzymes, and more. It’s common for athletes and bodybuilders to wolf down extra protein to bulk up. But the message the rest of us often get is that our daily protein intake is too high- which statistics show just isn't true. The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for protein is a modest 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. The RDA is the amount of a nutrient you need to meet your basic nutritional requirements. In a sense, it’s the MINIMUM amount you need to keep from getting sick. To determine your daily protein intake, you can multiply your ideal body weight in pounds by 0.36 (ideal weight meaning healthy BMI for your height). For a 50-year-old woman who weighs 140 pounds and who is sedentary (doesn’t exercise), that translates into 53 grams of protein a day. Beef, poultry, and pork (as well as milk, cheese, and eggs) provide high-quality, highly bio-availibile complete proteins that contain all the essential amino acids the body requires. Many plant based foods- including whole grains, beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds, also provide protein, but they are an incomplete protein, lacking one or more of the 9 essential amino acids the body requires."

@@ruthnoya8424 bro.. U don't need to copy paste the whole page if u don't even understand it. U need protein yes. It is better to have all meat as protein source too, even tho it's not needed, but u don't need meat every single day that's just not what this paper or any paper in general is saying.
