FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE:
15 slices bread of choice cut into small cubes
¼ cup heavy cream
½ cup milk of choice
10 eggs
5 egg whites
1 tbsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
½ tbsp ground cinnamon
5 scoops protein powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
fresh strawberries on the side
sugar free syrup
*bake at 350 for 30 minutes
PICADILLO:
1 lb ground turkey
1 lb ground beef
1 ½ cups white rice
1 ¾ cups water
2 tbsp Sofrito
1 russet potato diced
2-3 tbsp tomato paste
½ tbsp sazon
1 tsp cumin
3-4 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp onion powder
½ tbsp Adobo
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
HABICHEULAS:
1 can white or pink beans beans
1 8oz can tomato sauce
2 tbsp sofrito
2 tbsp oil
2-3 minced garlic cloves
½ green bell pepper diced
¼ cup white onion diced
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp adobo
2 tsp sazon
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
Cilantro to taste
1 lime squeezed
